Tinnitus is the hearing of sound when no external sound is present. It usually described as a ringing, Buzzing, clicking, hiss or roaring. In rare cases, unclear voices or music are heard. It can be heard in both or one ear. In some people, the sound causes depression or anxiety and can interfere with concentration.
